Partner program terms.

1. Who can apply

The program is open to established businesses and organizations that supply qualified researchers, laboratories, and research institutions. You apply from the partner program page with your company, contact details, region, expected volume, and the plan you want. Every application is reviewed by Ready Set Peptide, and we may decline one without giving a reason. Nothing exists until we approve it: approval is what creates your store, your owner account, and your revenue-share agreement.

2. Plans, revenue share, and your pricing

Each plan carries a monthly fee and a default revenue-share rate, both published on the partner program page. The rate that actually applies to you is the one recorded in your revenue agreement. Those records are append-only: a change to your rate is written as a new record with its own effective date and never edits or erases the previous one, so your rate history is auditable by both sides.

Revenue share is calculated per order and settled monthly against a statement that itemizes every order in the period. Within the limits the platform enforces, you set your own retail markup over the catalog base price, and your storefront prices follow it. Plan changes are requested from your partner panel and take effect when Ready Set Peptide applies them — a request is not itself a change.

3. What you write, and what you do not

You author your store: its name, its colors, hero copy, the order of home sections, custom pages, and your marketing messages. You do not author product content. Product names, descriptions, specifications, certificates of analysis, and research-use-only labeling come from the master catalog, are owned by Ready Set Peptide, and render identically on every storefront. You may not restate, summarize, or embellish them.

Everything you write passes the platform claim scanner. A blocking finding refuses the save or the submission outright, on the server, with no override available to you or to your staff. Marketing content additionally waits in a review queue and cannot be sent until Ready Set Peptide approves it. Approval is required by default; it is not a formality, and a clean record does not remove the scanner.

4. Claims: the line that ends the relationship

You may not publish, anywhere, any statement about what these materials do in a person or an animal; any instruction, quantity, or schedule for using one; any medical or benefit claim; any suggestion that a material is approved, cleared, or licensed by a government body; or any wording that presents these materials as consumer products. You may not remove, alter, shrink, or visually bury the research-use-only statement.

This applies to everything you publish about Ready Set Peptide materials, not only to what you type inside the platform: your advertising, email, social posts, printed material, and anything a third party publishes on your behalf. A violation is grounds for immediate takedown of the content, suspension of your storefront, and termination — at our sole discretion and without a cure period. It is our name on the vial and our certificates behind it.

5. The researcher gate is not optional

The 21+ and qualified-researcher verification runs on your storefront, on any custom domain you connect, at your checkout, and at your counter, exactly as it runs on ours. You may not bypass, weaken, delay, pre-accept, or design around it, and you may not publish a route into the catalog that avoids it. Confirmations taken on your store are recorded by the platform in the same versioned form described in our research-use-only policy.

6. Branding license

While your agreement is active and in good standing, you may present your storefront under your own name, colors, and domain. That is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to operate a storefront that Ready Set Peptide hosts and serves. It grants you no rights in the Ready Set Peptide catalog, certificates, trademarks, or software; no right to manufacture, repackage, relabel, or fill orders yourself; and no authority to speak for Ready Set Peptide or to describe yourself as the manufacturer of these materials. It ends when your agreement ends.

7. Orders, fulfillment, and settlement

Orders placed on your storefront are fulfilled and shipped by Ready Set Peptide from Reno, NV, with cold-chain packaging where the material requires it, against released lots with published certificates. Payment is settled manually by the Ready Set Peptide settlement desk against each order’s reference code; confirming or refunding a payment is the desk’s function, not yours. In-person sales must be recorded through the platform counter, against released lots, with the buyer’s confirmation captured before the sale. Selling these materials outside the platform is outside this agreement.

8. Your account and your staff

You are responsible for everyone you give access to — staff seats, counter operators, and anyone writing store copy on your behalf — and for keeping those credentials secure. Your plan sets the number of seats. Act on customer data only for the purpose of serving your own customers, in line with our privacy policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a storefront immediately, which stops it serving, for a content violation, interference with the researcher gate, an indication of misuse, or non-payment of plan fees. We may pull published partner content at any time. Either side may end the relationship on written notice. On termination the storefront stops serving, the branding license ends, any domain you own remains yours, revenue share already earned on delivered orders is settled on the normal statement cycle, and fees already due remain due.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continuing to operate a storefront after an update means the revised version applies to you. Where a signed agreement between us says something different, that agreement governs. Questions about the program go to support@readysetpeptide.com.
