What we collect

• Contact and shipping details — your name, email address, and the shipping address you provide at checkout.
• Order information — the items, quantities, and reference codes of your orders, and the status of manual payment.
• Access records — the researcher attestation you accept to enter the store and confirm again at checkout, recorded with its date and time, the version of the text you accepted, and the IP address and browser the confirmation came from, plus basic technical data (such as a session identifier) used to keep the store secure. How we use it

Retention

We keep order and access records for as long as needed to run the store and meet legal and accounting obligations, then remove or anonymize them.

Your choices & how to request deletion

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@readysetpeptide.com from the address on your account and we will process the request as the law allows. Note that we may need to keep certain records tied to completed orders.
