Returns & replacements.
These are research materials. Because their integrity depends on storage and handling we cannot verify once a package has left our control, opened items and temperature-sensitive materials cannot be returned for resale. What follows is how we make it right when something is wrong with the shipment itself.
Damaged, wrong, or lost
If an order arrives damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if a shipment does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Include your order reference code and, where relevant, a photo of the packaging and label. We will replace the affected items or arrange a refund.
Unopened materials
An unopened, non temperature-sensitive item may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection on arrival. Reach out first so we can confirm eligibility and give you a return address — please don’t ship anything back before we do.
